  • Payment card data – You provide this information directly to our Payment Service Provider: Braintree Payments.

    Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To plan your train journey
  • Allow you to purchase tickets
  • Send you confirmation of your payment.
  • To communicate with you about your journey and to provide customer service assistance.

    How we store your personal information

    Your information is securely stored. We keep Personal Identifiers and details of your train journey for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by securely erasing it from our systems.
